Terms of service.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Vesper Society Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 00000000 (“the Society”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us on WhatsApp. These terms apply to every booking made through this website or with our concierge. By making a booking you accept them.

2. The service

The Society is a private introduction and concierge service. We introduce members to independent professional companions and arrange the practical details of a private social appointment: a dinner, an event, travel, or an evening's company.

Companions are independent and are not employees of the Society. Fees paid to the Society are for a companion's time and company only. The Society does not arrange, offer, promote, or accept payment for any other service, and no booking creates any entitlement to one. Companions may end an appointment at any time if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable, in which case no refund is due.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or make a booking. By entering the site and by booking you confirm that you are.

4. Bookings and payment

• Rates are quoted per hour and shown on the companion's profile and on the booking page. Rates may change, but the rate shown when you request a booking is the rate you pay for that booking.
• A request is not a booking. A booking exists only once we have confirmed availability to you and your payment has been received in full (or the deposit, where a deposit option is offered).
• Payment is by bank transfer or crypto using the booking reference we give you. Crypto payments are made at the sender's risk; we confirm the exact amount and network before you send, and we are not responsible for funds sent to the wrong address or chain.
• Any dinner, tickets, travel, or other costs incurred during an appointment are at your invitation and your expense, exactly as for any guest.

5. Cancellations and changes

• Cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment: full refund, less any transfer or network fees.
• Cancel within 24 hours: 50% of the fee is retained for the companion's time.
• No-show: no refund.
• If a companion must cancel, we will offer an alternative companion or a full refund, at your choice.
• Refunds of crypto payments are made in the same currency at the market value on the day of refund, or in pounds sterling by agreement.

6. Conduct

We expect members to treat companions with the courtesy they would extend to any guest. Abusive, threatening, intoxicated, or unlawful behaviour will end the appointment without refund and may end your access to the Society.

7. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy. We never share your details with anyone other than the companion you are meeting, and then only what the appointment requires.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability to you for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of venues, carriers, or third parties, nor for loss that was not foreseeable to both of us when the booking was made.

9. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
